Symptom/Solution Information Query - The accumulated knowledge of the GTAC support staff is available on-line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is the database the GTAC agents, themselves, reference when resolving problems. Support agents contribute documents daily containing solutions to new and unique problems, as well as common procedures and frequently asked questions. The subject matter includes our Siemens PLM Software's applications, operating systems, plotting, printing, networking, hardware, web usage, and Software Field Bulletins.
The search engine is fast, letting you search several 'collections' of technical information based on your specified keyword query. You can select all the 'collections' or limit your search to one or more 'collections' of your choice. A list of documents containing your keyword(s) is displayed, allowing you to browse through a brief description of each. Documents selected will be displayed in their entirety.
